KnitPro Yarn Swift

The best way to help wind skeins of yarn, yarn swifts remove the need for hanks to be held by hand or draped precariously over a chair. Simply arrange your yarn around the outside of the arms, adjust until taught and then start winding! KnitPro's yarn swift speeds up the preparation stage so you can get to the fun part. 

To use your yarn swift:

1. Unscrew the peg below the clamp at the base of the winder.
2. Attach to a suitable table or desk and tighten the peg until the winder is sturdy.
3. Unscrew the peg on the main shaft and position the arms to firmly hold your yarn.
4. Tighten the peg on the main shaft and check that your swift turns smoothly.
